PLB Battery Passes 300 Million Cells Shipped — Zero Safety Incidents

More than 300 million 26650 LiFePO4 cells have now shipped from our Dongguan plant since 2014 — with zero explosions, fires or leaks.

Reaching 300 million cells is not just a volume milestone. Every cell passes 100% factory functional testing, and every batch is traceable from raw material to finished product. Achieving this at scale — with zero safety incidents — is the result of process discipline rather than luck.

What stands behind the number

• Batch deviation below 3% — statistical process control on coating, winding and formation.
• Serialized cells — each cell carries a unique ID for full lifecycle traceability.
• LFP chemistry — intrinsically stable chemistry with a stainless-steel can and PET shrink wrap.
